Order Waiting Time
All Miao Atelier products are handmade in our studio and will take up to 15 working days to be made and shipped. We try our best to keep our products in a ready-to-ship status, and will aim to send out your packages as soon as possible. As a general guideline, small jewelry orders such as earrings take about 5-15 working days, and larger jewelry items such as necklaces with custom lengths will take about 10-15 working days. This is not inclusive of shipping and transit time.
Shipping
Miao Atelier is not responsible for any shipment delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages. Cash refunds will not be issued for cases arising from such situations. All international orders outside of Singapore may incur import taxes & duties, as well as customs fees, which will have to be paid for by the recipient. We are not responsible for any returned packages from failed delivery due to reasons such as incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, and unpaid duties, etc. Miao Atelier can assist in scheduling a second delivery in the case of a returned package, however, shipping fees will have to be borne by the customer.
