Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will I receive my order?

All Miao Atelier products are handmade in our studio and will take up to 15 working days to be made and shipped. We try our best to keep our products in a ready-to-ship status, and will aim to send out your packages as soon as possible. As a general guideline, small jewelry orders such as earrings take about 5-15 working days, and larger jewelry items such as necklaces with custom lengths will take about 10-15 working days. This is not inclusive of shipping and transit time.

  • What comes with my online order?

Jewelry orders will come in a box, with a pouch to store & a care card with instructions. Your orders will be bubble wrapped for extra care.

  • Help! I ordered the wrong product/size.

Please email to info@miao-atelier.com with your order details as soon as possible. Requests for changes will not be accepted once your order is in production.

  • Can I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations & cash refunds. However, a request for a different colour/size of the same product can be made. This request will not be accepted once your order is in production.

  • The product I want is out of stock. What do I do?

All Miao Atelier products are made in house. An out of stock label on a permanent collection product usually means we ran out of supplies. A restock can be expected in 2~3 weeks. However, limited edition & one-off designs will not be restocked. If you really like a design, you can place a custom order on our contact page, & we might be able to recreate it for you.

  • My order came with a defect. What do I do?

All Miao Atelier Jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date of order. We accept repairs for jewelry within reason from wear & tear (broken chains, clasps, loose gemstones, metal-fatigued areas that affect structure, and other reasons that impact the wearability of a product). With that said, we are not responsible nor obliged to do repairs for products that are damaged in mail.

To have your jewelry repaired, local customers in Singapore can send us an email and ship the product back to us. You are advised to send us your product via a trackable service. Your jewelry will be shipped back to you free of charge. For international customers, please reach out to us at info@miao-atelier.com to discuss the available solutions for repairing your jewelry. You are advised to send us your product via a trusted & trackable shipping service, such as your national postal service, DHL or FedEx. This offer is valid for one year from the date of your order.

All postage fees incurred from sending us your product(s) for repair will be borne by customers. We will not be liable for lost or damaged mail.
