Order Waiting Time

All Miao Atelier products are handmade in our studio and will take up to 10 working days to be made and shipped. We try our best to keep our products in a ready-to-ship status, and will aim to send out your packages as soon as possible. As a general guideline, small jewelry orders such as earrings take about 2-5 working days, and larger jewelry items such as necklaces with custom lengths will take up to 10 working days. This is not inclusive of shipping and transit time.

Shipping

Miao Atelier is not responsible for any shipment delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages. Cash refunds will not be issued for cases arising from such situations. All international orders outside of Singapore may incur import taxes & duties, as well as customs fees, which will have to be paid for by the recipient. We are not responsible for any returned packages from failed delivery due to reasons such as incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, and unpaid duties, etc. Miao Atelier can assist in scheduling a second delivery in the case of a returned package, however, shipping fees will have to be borne by the customer.

• Local Delivery (Singapore)

All packages will come with a tracking number and should arrive at your address in 2-5 working days.

• International Delivery (Standard)

All packages will come with a tracking number and should arrive at your address in 5-15 working days. Please note that this is an estimate and we are not responsible for any shipment delays.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• To Asia/ Canada/ Australia/ UK/ US: Around 5-10 days
• To Europe and Other Countries: Around 7-21 days

• International Delivery (Expedited)

Note for US Customers (2025 Update)

As of 29th August 2025, the US government has taken away the de minimis exemption, meaning all parcels will now incur taxes and duties. This has now been factored into our price, shown at checkout. Orders will continue to ship under Delivered Duty Paid arrangement (DDP), meaning the total now includes taxes and duties, and Miao Atelier will be billed for it. There will be no extra charges for you on delivery. No surprises. Estimated delivery times to the USA will be around 10-21 working days.

The free shipping option has since been removed, but we're hopeful about the situation as postal systems around the world are working towards restoring service to the USA.
