Order Waiting Time
All Miao Atelier products are handmade in our studio and will take up to 10 working days to be made and shipped. We try our best to keep our products in a ready-to-ship status, and will aim to send out your packages as soon as possible. As a general guideline, small jewelry orders such as earrings take about 2-5 working days, and larger jewelry items such as necklaces with custom lengths will take up to 10 working days. This is not inclusive of shipping and transit time.
2025 Christmas Delivery Cut-Off
For on time Christmas delivery, please place your orders before the following cut-off dates. All orders placed after the following dates may not make it in time for Christmas. We recommend that you upgrade to Expedited Shipping to ensure that your order reaches you in time before the holidays. Please order early, as we expect that postal services worldwide will be swamped this holiday season.
Local Singapore Delivery: By 16th December 2025
Standard International Delivery: By 26th November 2025
Expedited International Delivery: By 14th December 2025
Shipping
Miao Atelier is not responsible for any shipment delays, lost, damaged or stolen packages. Cash refunds will not be issued for cases arising from such situations. All international orders outside of Singapore may incur import taxes & duties, as well as customs fees, which will have to be paid for by the recipient. We are not responsible for any returned packages from failed delivery due to reasons such as incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, and unpaid duties, etc. Miao Atelier can assist in scheduling a second delivery in the case of a returned package, however, shipping fees will have to be borne by the customer.

Note for US Customers (2025 Update)
As of 29th August 2025, the US government has taken away the de minimis exemption, meaning all parcels will now incur taxes and duties. This has now been factored into our price, shown at checkout. Orders will continue to ship under Delivered Duty Paid arrangement (DDP), meaning the total now includes taxes and duties, and Miao Atelier will be billed for it. There will be no extra charges for you on delivery. No surprises. Estimated delivery times to the USA will be around 5-20 working days with Free Standard Tracked Shipping.
Due to the ongoing U.S. government shutdown that began on 1 October 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection is currently operating at reduced capacity. As Congress has yet to pass funding legislation for the 2026 fiscal year, clearance delays are expected for shipments entering the United States.
The free shipping option has since been restored as of 11 November 2025, and we're hopeful about the situation as postal systems around the world are working towards restoring service to the USA.
