• Return Policy

Miao Atelier's Return Policy applies only to Jewelry purchased on our website ( All other products that are not categorised as Jewelry (Ears, Neck & Hands Collection) will not be covered under this return policy. This return policy also excludes all Limited Edition products and Custom Request products due to its customized nature.

Miao Atelier products purchased from stockists or third parties are not included in this return policy.

  • Terms of Returns
  1. All returned product(s) have to be mailed back to us within 10 working days upon receiving your parcel. Returns initiated after 10 working days will not be eligible for a return.
  2. Refunds are strictly in the form of store credits, valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue. Cash refunds will not be issued.
  3. Store credits may be used partially or until the date of expiry, whichever comes first. There will be no refund for any unused store credits upon expiry.
  4. We do not accept any returns for discounted priced product(s), or product(s) purchased with promotional codes, with the exception of first-time promo codes.
  5. Store credit issuance may take up to 15 working days following the receipt of your returned parcel.
  6. You are advised to return your product(s) via a trusted & trackable shipping service, such as your national postal service, DHL or FedEx.
  7. All returned product(s) will be assessed by our team before a store credit is issued. The product has to be returned in a brand new and saleable condition.

  • Original, undamaged packaging with bubble wrap
  • Free of any noticeable smells, scents, or perfume
  • All accessories accompanying the product must be returned with the item (eg. box, jewelry pouch & care card)

Returned product(s) that fail to meet the above conditions will be rejected. You will be required to pay for the shipping & delivery charges to have the product(s) be shipped back to you. All refunds are strictly in the form of store credits. The store credit only includes the original amount you paid for the product(s). Products that are purchased with store credit cannot be returned for store credit again. Discounted price product(s) and product(s) purchased with promotional codes (with the exception of first-time promo codes) cannot be returned nor exchanged.

Miao Atelier will not bear the costs incurred from sending us your returned product(s). We will not be liable for lost or damaged mail, custom duties, taxes or any other charges arising from the return.

Each creation from Miao Atelier is meticulously handcrafted with love and a significant investment of our time.   • Warranty

All Miao Atelier Jewelry comes with a one-year warranty from the date of order. We accept repairs for jewelry within reason from wear & tear (broken chains, clasps, loose gemstones, metal-fatigued areas that affect structure, and other reasons that impact the wearability of a product). With that said, we are not responsible nor obliged to do repairs for products that are damaged in mail.

To have your jewelry repaired, local customers in Singapore can send us an email and ship the product back to us. You are advised to send us your product via a trackable service. Your jewelry will be shipped back to you free of charge. For international customers, please reach out to us at to discuss the available solutions for repairing your jewelry. You are advised to send us your product via a trusted & trackable shipping service, such as your national postal service, DHL or FedEx. This offer is valid for one year from the date of your order.

All postage fees incurred from sending us your product(s) for repair will be borne by customers. We will not be liable for lost and damaged mail.
