How Customs Work
- Submit Your Idea via the form: No concept is too wild as long as it fits our whimsical aesthetic.
- Sketch & Draft: Weโll contact you via email and present an initial concept for approval. An initial deposit of 50% will be required to move forward. [1~2 weeks]
- One Revision: A chance to fine-tune the design together, only minor changes can be made at this stage. [1~2 weeks]
- Final Creation: We'll send you an update when the piece is completed.
- Delivery: The remaining payment of 50% has to be paid before shipment.
